Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on where you are and the shipping option you choose.

Shipping costs

• Australia – Standard: A$11, or free on orders of A$100 or more
• Australia – Express: A$15
• International – Standard: A$20 per order

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. If you shop in another currency, the amount is converted at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship to Australia and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Processing & delivery times

Orders are packed and dispatched within 4–7 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 5–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive your tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Duties & taxes

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These aren't included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, lost or delayed parcels

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos — see our returns policy. If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we'll follow it up with our carrier.
